Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order.
Free Returns
Velarox provides free return service worldwide. Customers will never be charged return shipping fees for eligible returns.
Eligible Items
Products must:
- Be returned within 30 days.
- Include all original accessories and packaging whenever possible.
- Not show excessive misuse or intentional damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products intentionally damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Refund Process
Once your returned package has been received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
